OER 2011 will take place March 29-31 in Sausalito, California. This year's theme - The Impact of 'Open' on Teaching and Learning - will explore issues related to shifting OER from it's niche role into the educational mainstream over the coming year.
The conference's keynote speaker will be Dr. Louise Bay Waters, Superintendent & CEO of Leadership Public Schools, a network of four urban charter high schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.
